The Website Roadmap is a working document that helps plan website features and specification for the initial build of the site, as well as outlining a course of action for after the site is launched.
During your 1-on-1 Roadmapping Strategy Session we’ll create a Website Roadmap document to help guide your short, medium and long-term strategy, keeping your website aligned with your overall business goals.
For some customers, the 1-1 Session is all we need to do together, and after that I help out by answering the occasional email or phone call.
Other customers find it useful to have an ongoing relationship – the frequency and type of business relationship is entirely up to you.
