In most circumstances, WebsiteDoctor is unable to take on website build or rebuild projects with a budget lower than €5,000. E-commerce websites start from €7,500. Smaller projects have a minimum project fee of €1,000.
Are We a Good Fit to Work Together?
I’ve learned a number of things in the last 12 years of providing professional services, but none more important than this: ensure the relationship is a good fit from the start. I don’t want to waste your time and energy, nor mine, if we’re not a good fit to work together.
Here are some common characteristics of the companies that partner with me to help renew and revitalize their sales:
We are a GREAT fit if...
- You believe in investing in your business in order to achieve a return on investment
- You have the authority to make financial and business decisions, and can make them quickly (ideally within a week)
- You believe that taking educated risks is a less risky option than trying to avoid risks altogether
- You have been in business for at least 1 year (ideally longer)
- You are always learning
- You believe in taking action
We are probably not a good fit if...
- You don't have the authority to make financial and business decisions, or need a long lead time for decisions
- You are sending out an RFP and want a written submission in return without meeting to discuss your project
- You prioritize cheaper price over return on investment
- You have a risk-averse organisation culture
- You have been in business for less than a year
- You don't have any budget for marketing
- You are not willing to test assumptions
